RawVoice is looking for a dynamic, strategic, savvy Media Sales Professional to support our growing advertising opportunities. This role will primarily be responsible for the generation and growth of audio/video advertising and revenue for RawVoice Inc.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in online and/or traditional media sales at a top publisher or media site. Responsibilities include meeting target revenue goals in the defined region. We’re looking for an energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach who is pro-active in driving revenue and increasing client base. You must be results-driven, have strong analytical skills and be committed to creating new business opportunities. The Media Sales Professional is expected to understand and be able to articulate the overall business objectives of the RawVoice sales organization, and the RawVoice value proposition to the advertising community.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively Prospect, Qualify, Grow, and Maintain an account list - Engage and strategize with senior level executives at client companies to demonstrate how RawVoice can drive revenue to their business - Develop and cultivate deep relationships with client senior executives at SVP, VP and CMO levels. - Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries - Hit target revenue quota (quarterly) - Pitch new business to advertising agencies and direct clients - Proactively provide smart client research and industry specific information - Update and create sales proposals.
Basic Requirements:
-Candidates must have a deep understanding of media sales (Internet and or Radio) with strong client and agency relationships - Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
Account Executive: - 2-10 years of Media Sales (Internet or Radio) experience - Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agencies - Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery - Understand how technology works and the ability to explain in ordinary terms - BA/BS
