First of all Holiday Greetings from the RawVoice Team and I hope that you
all have a wonderful Christmas and are able to take some time away from the
production of your shows. The team here at RawVoice will be working over
some of the holiday as we have features that are about to be rolled out on
the main website. If all goes well you will see these new roll outs by the
time you are back to work after the holiday period.

-Company Expansion : Phil Gonzalez has joined the RawVoice team he will be
taking over our growing server infrastructure, managing server load,
expansion of server clusters and anything else server related. His
experience level with Linux will really help the team as we move forward and
add new features to the website.

-Help Wanted: We are still looking for a PHP developer to add to the team.
As we move forward there are significant opportunities for someone that gets
involved on the ground floor. As some of you are aware the engine that
Blubrry runs on is commercially available, and at the end of January you
will be seeing some new sites launching being run on the RawVoice Generator
more details on that as we get closer to those clients launching their
sites.

Advertising Update: Jeevan has started cutting checks for the GotoMeeting
promotion that some of you are participating in. If you have not gotten paid
in the next several days you can info fina...@rawvoice.com. The second round
of checks for November numbers should follow in quick succession as we are
expecting that payment at any time. The reports back from the folks at
Citrix show your ads are generating trials and signups. I am very pleased at
where we are at nearing the end of month 3 of the six month promotion. If
you have not gotten Novembers stats submitted please do so immediately and
be prepared to submit Dec at the end of the month.

We expect to be introducing a significant campaign to those that have filled
out their advertising surveys for an April 1st start. This will be our
biggest campaign yet and should encompass around 200 shows within the
Blubrry Community details to follow in mid January

- Podcast Spotlight: We will also be starting the podcast spotlight soon so
if you applied and your podcast made the cut you will see it get front page
exposure rotation in the next week of so. For those new to the community you
can check the official announcements at faq.blubrry.com to find out how to
submit and participate.

- Site Utilization: Keep your eyes peeled for a series of videocast I will
be creating that will cover some of the history of Blubrry and how you can
get the most exposure for you show.
