Hello All:

First of congratulations to all the new podcast that have joined the Blubrry Community this week, we are glad to have you onboard. I have a couple of quick things to update you on. First there is a new Brrycast available at
www.brrycast.com <http://www.brrycast.com/> the official podcast of the Blubrry Community. I want to thank each and every one of you that are part of the Blubrry community and appreciate your mentioning the community in your shows and putting Blubrry banners in your sidebars. We know there are shows that continue to use the site as a directory and we would hope everyone would live up to the simple listing terms.

Community: Participate in the new Forums at forum.blubrry.com watch the blog
at blog.blubrry.com and of course sign up for the blubrry podcaster only mailing list see bottom of e-mail for details.

Site and Server Update: Since we have distributed the load on the servers across several machines the speed of the website is back where we are happy with it, and Angelo and Matt have promised me some long awaited features in the very short term.

Promotions: First of all we are very close to being ready to give away an iPod to the community as our countdown to 1000 shows is almost complete. Make sure you check out the contest rules. www.blubrry.com/page.php?p=1000

PodCamp Atlanta we will have Blubrry Team members at PodCamp Atlanta more on
that soon. We also will have some special info on a BarCamp we will be participating in shortly

RawVoice Team Update: The next 3-4 weeks are highly critical here as we are giving several very high level presentations of the generator that runs our family of sites. The team is also preparing for a meet up in Chicago in the middle of February. We will be locking ourselves into a hotel suite for 4 days and plotting the rest of the year out. Over the past year we have added to the team and we have a great group that understands the podcasting space and are top notch in what they do. We are all here to support you I have included the teams contact info below.

Site Features: Stats - In the near future we will begin testing a podcasting stats service that will give you podcast statistics unlike anything you have ever seen before. I have set the bar very high on what we will report because as a podcaster I only want the very best for all of you

Hosting- We have delayed hosting longer than what we every planned for but I wanted to make sure the stats engine was right before we rolled it out. I am not going to state the date we will be ready to roll but stats and hosting is on the top of the priority list.
