Blubrry Podcasters Quick Update.

I want to welcome all the new community members to the community. I have four important notices for you. Sometime in the next few days we will be making a major announcement so make sure you are subscribed to the blogs RSS feed.

Blubrry Jam To Fight Cystic Fibrosis:

We’re very proud to announce our first charitable campaign called The Blubrry Jam To Fight Cystic Fibrosis. We launched the campaign on March 15^th and it runs through May 15^th. We are teaming up with the Boomer Esiason Foundation and podsafe music artist Brother Love on this effort.

The campaign is raising money for the Boomer Esiason Foundation Exercise For Life scholarship fund. This fund helps kids with Cystic Fibrosis to afford things like college tuition and gym memberships.

Cystic Fibrosis is a fatal lung disease, diagnosed in early childhood, that cuts life expectancy to 37 years. Exercise For Life encourages young people with the disease to exercise as a means to increase their life expectancy and quality of life. Blubrry community podcaster Jerry Cahill of the Cystic Fibrosis Podcast is a testament to this strategy.

We need your help with promotion and financial support for this campaign. There are many ways to help so we hope that one or more of them will work well for you.

· Make an online donation via PayPal. 100% of online donations go to the fund and as little as $1 can help. Some incentives are still available to generous donors of $25 or more and other incentives may pop up throughout the campaign.

· Promote the campaign on your podcast or blog. We’ve got all kinds of promos on the Blubrry Jam website, including images, audio and video. Feel free to use them or otherwise promote the campaign in lieu of mentioning Blubrry until May 15^th.

· Come to the live show in New York City on April 7^th. This is the place to be if you’re in the vicinity of NYC on April 7^th. Brother Love will be headlining a live music show along with HER & Kings County. Brother Love will be playing his new album live as well as his great tunes from Album of the Year. Every paid entrant gets a copy of the new Brother Love CD and an Exercise For Life bracelet. Proceeds from this event go to The Boomer Esiason Foundation.

• I have a one week short term ad deal to raise awareness for an online event that will cover Comparison and Benefits of Hosted VoIP the pay is not huge but could be used as a filler someplace in your show. • Update on the GotoMeeting and GotoMyPC campaign we are waiting on the deliverables from the company. Dependent on those deliverables will trigger the campaign start. Everything is a go. Those that did not renew or were not included on the old GotoMeeting buy the last day of that campaign is March 31^st
